Residency Program for Investors and Entrepreneurs (PRIE). Attraction of foreign talent, investment and entrepreneurship.

On September 27, 2013, the Law to Support Entrepreneurs and their Internationalization was approved, which introduced a new framework for skilled immigration, favoring the international mobility of highly qualified professionals and intended to attract foreign talent and investment.

Normativa

The program establishes an agile and specific system for granting visas or residence authorizations, preserving the guarantees that are essential for the security of our society, with the following objectives:

  • Encourage entrepreneurial culture and create a favorable environment for economic activity.
  • Facilitate the entry of talent and investment in order to promote economic growth and job creation.

For this purpose, the Law facilitates the entry and residence in Spain, for reasons of economic interest, of the following categories:
